        To raise our ability to  speak English
   So,
        We must speak English in this topic to answer question, or to express yourself;
        We can organize SPEECH on this forum related topics almost every week. The topic can be shown by everybody in advance. Everybody will have at least one chance to advise then show a speech;
        We may organize Debates on certain topics and may pick the best into 2 teams.
