1. 领导或参与对供应商的定点评审及撤点。监控开发进度，保证供应商的综合能力达到公司的要求。
Lead or Participate in the audit and withdraw of the supplier. Monitor the development, to ensure that the comprehensive capacity of the supplier meet the company's request. 供应商开发无延误

2. 审核采购计划、生产计划，跟踪采购计划的完成情况，保证生产和销售的顺利进行
Cooperate with Sales and Manufacture dept. to make purchasing plan and production plan, in accordance with customer demand. Track the implementation of purchasing plan to ensure the smooth running to production and sales. 采购计划完成率

3. 制定应急方案，对突发的零部件短缺或重大采购件质量问题，会同供应商及相关部门采取措施，加以解决。
Formulate emergent plan to deal with the short on parts or other serious quality problems happened amount purchasing parts. Communicate with the supplier & related dept. in time to generate proper method. 采购问题影响生产的次数

4. 统筹协调公司生产物流和外部物流，并不断完善和优化公司物流流程，使公司物资的运转更高效和低成本。
Coordinate production logistics and external logistic company, improve and optimize the logistic process continuously, to run the company facilities in more efficient manner and at lower cost. 物流成本降低

5. 参与或主导对供应商（包括零件、原材料、设备、服务、非生产物资等）的商务谈判，审核采购合同或框架协议。

6. 监督和即时更新SAP物流模块的数据,保证信息的及时性和准确性.
Monitor and timely update data in SAP logistic modules, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information. SAP数据无错漏

7. 监督和考核下属员工的工作表现，通过培训、指导、教练等方式提高员工的技能和能力。对下属员工的晋升、调动、奖惩有建议权。
Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates, improve the skill and competency of subordinates by training, mentoring and coaching. Give suggestion for the promotion, transposition, reward and punishment on subordinates.
8. 配合质量保证部进行过程和体系审核，监督纠正和预防措施的实施。
Audit the quality and the system with QA, monitor and carry out the prevention measures. 无重大不符合项
