岗位职责：
1.根据公司产品战略和组织架构，管理PMS流程。
Based on the product strategy and organization structure of NBHX R&D, combined with the practical situation of company manages PMS process.
2.处理项目开发过程中的争议，确立执行流程，导入PMS管理流程。
Straighten out the program in the process of developing the controversial part; establish executive process, into PMS management process.
3.持续改进PMS, 完善PMS 项目管理系统。
Continuous improvement PMS, consummate PMS program management system.
4.完成PMS 审查报告；制定PMS行动计划并实施；
PMS review reporting and action plan administration.
5.开展PMS 培训
PMS training

其它要求：
1.以客户为导向，熟悉汽车产品生产及质量策划各过程阶段
Concept to Customer (C2C), familiar with Automotive Product and Quality Process (APQP) stage gate
2.精通AIAG 核心工具（PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA)；
Expert knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA);
3.精通ISO9001:2008/TS 16949/VDA的质量体系知识；
High/Expert AIAG or related quality system knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 TS 16949 / VDA AIAG;
4.能熟练应用Excel，Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB；

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and MINTAB;
5.良好的解决问题、沟通、表达、计划和组织能力
Good problem solving, communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills
6.可使用英语进行书面表达和沟通。
English writing and conversation.

符合以下条件优先考虑：
1.英语精通
2.具备3年以上TS体系工作经验
3.项目开发品质工作经验
4.项目管理工作经验

公司信息：研发公司，汽车内外饰件设计与开发(包括仪表板总成,副仪表板总成，门板总成，立柱护板，扰流板）及新型复合材料的应用开发。
