Be familiar with SMT, RF testing. Excellent leadership and influence, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good English both in oral and written.

30 above,Lean/6Sigma/Project Mgmt certified, oversea experience is preferred.

6, 重要关系公关能力：具备与政府机构沟通谈判的能力，了解政府谈判的关键控制要素；
