Job title: Engineering Manager(Motor Design)

Responsibilities:
        Lead engineering team to handle all technical inquires;
        Liaise with customer to clarify the motor requirement;
        Approve the motor configureations and outline drawing proposal for cost estimation and customer approval;
        Review team members’ performance, coach engineers to strengthen the engineering system and technology level;
        Work with project manager to lead a project team;
        Working Location: Shenzhen, China.

Requirements:
        Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Motor/Mechatronics related;
        At least 10 years experience in mechanical design/Plastic part/Electrical design/Application use;
        8+ years design and application experience in small PMDC motor, prefer in automotive application;
        Good knowledge of motor testing;
        TS16949 system knowledge and standard is preferred;
        Good leadership and communication skills;
        Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibility:

3.        Support seasonal promotion of retail campaign.

Requirements：
a. Education:

-Good leadership
