工作职责
负责规划公司的整体风控策略；
负责规划风控系统的技术路线和系统架构；
负责工程项目的规划、实施、评估，关注并交付结果；

职位要求
至少精通一门编程语言，重视编码实现过程，对算法有很强的调试、实现能力；
深入理解机器学习、数据挖掘算法的原理，具备很强的数学建模能力。对业务需求、算法特点和适用范围有深刻理解，能快速制定和评估算法实现方案；
熟悉 R/Hadoop/Hive/HBase 等，有处理大规模数据的经验；

Have project experience in SAP CRM data integration with BW system for reporting purpose.
