Job responsibilities:
Responsible for technical management of Construction Company, including
1, deepening the drawings, organizing joint review of the drawings;
2, overseeing technical parameters and construction of the project;
3, solving the technical problems involved in the project;
4, auditing and maintaining technical standards, participating in company's inspection, assisting with the bidding and tendering work;
5 other work assigned by general manager.

Qualifications:
1, Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering Management or a related major;
2, More than 10 years technical working experience in real estate and construction industry, 5 years+ experience in management positions;
3, Experience of the bidding and tendering process, ability to solve the technical problems involved in the bidding process;
4, Knowledge of construction, fit-out and other related areas, inter-disciplinary talent;
5, Familiar with laws, regulations and standard specifications related to engineering technology.
6, Capable in communication, coordination and organizing skills;
7, Strong team building skills;
8, Age of 33~40 preferred;
9, Candidate with working experience in design institute is preferred.

4、对土建、安装等专业均有了解,复合型人才;
5、熟悉工程技术相关的法律法规、标准规范;
6、良好的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力;
7、较强的团队建设能力;
8、年龄在33-40之间优先考虑。
9、有设计院工作背景者优先考虑。

Assistant Business Development Position Description:
The Assistant Business Development Manager works to improve an YBS’s market position with YBS’ education programs. They need to find potential new customers possibly students and institutions, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

Education
Require a bachelor’s degree and preferably 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience. An MBA is a plus.
