【Main Responsibilities】:
- Responsible for managing the departments of Brand Marketing, Sales Channel, Key Account, and Retailer Management.
- Develop and execute Marketing Strategy to achieve corporate objectives.
- Be in charge of brand enhancement; analyze market for opportunities to expand portfolio/geography.
- Develop consumer communication and media strategies, optimize retailer network, etc.

【Requirements】:
- Be familiar with the retail and FMCG wholesale market in North America.
- Be familiar with the regional dealers, such as beers dealers, chocolate retailers or other Fast Moving Consumer Goods for example are ok.
- No need to handle the key account of top 10 retailers such as Wal-mart, Best Buy etc. Because the US team handles these accounts.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Hong Kong people, Singaporean, US Citizen or European are ok).
- University graduate in Business Admin / Marketing or related disciplines. MBA is preferred.
- 10 years experience working in Marketing and Sales area in retail/FMCG, at least 6 years of which are in managerial grade.
- Ability to balance between revenue and expenditure across different categories in the portfolio.
- Good understanding of consumer goods market.
- Good understanding and ability to guide team to achieve company objectives.
- Passion for gaining deep insights from consumers.
- Seasoned executive with well-developed strategic planning skills- a demonstrated track record of profitable growth.
