1. Headcount Planning and Succession Planning
a) As HR&Admin.Manager to collect and check manpower planning for Company Site, follow up to ensure headcount budget and rolling forecast are fulfiled. Support HR&Admin.
b) Manager to prepare and track the succession planning for teams.
2. Recruitment & Interview
a) Be responsible for R&D center interview , and complete interview assessment, support CAMPUS recruitment and Assessment Center,etc.
3. Training Management
a) Work closely with Training and Development Functions to handle the annual Training Needs Analysis, and take actions to support creating a competent workforce, ensure both budget & employee development needs are met.
4. Performance Management
a) Coordinate the line managers to proceed the annual Employee Dialogue, support the line managers to complete Performance Management Cycle by using performance management tools, i.e. main tasks, target agreements and development plan.
5. Employee Relationship
a) Support to enhance the dialogue between the working teams and HR for HR topics through handling the defined employee relationship programs (i.e. employee opinion survey, communication meetings) to foster trust-building between the employees and the management, and the realization of a working environment that encourages communication.
Administration Management
Bachelor degree and has experience in R&D center management.
