Team Leader of FIBER LASER

The successful candidate will
        develop, plan and execute high power industrial fiber laser program
        lead, monitor, train and provide direction to a team of engineers of optical fiber laser technology and relevant electronics/control technologies
        provide technical expertise in high power (kW) CW fiber lasers
        assist or provide technical expertise to other groups within the organization to use and install fiber lasers in application systems
        report to CTO of the organization’s headquarters

The successful candidate should have the following skills and attributes:
        demonstrated leadership and management shill in high-tech environment
        higher degree in fiber laser technology, PhD from a good university is preferred
        3-5 years relevant working experience within industrial laser or laser system sector
        good team player and interpersonal/communications skill

Team leader of ULTRA-FAST LASER
(Job location is Shenzhen, China)

The successful candidate will
        develop, plan and execute high power ultra-fast laser program
        design to achieve stable and reliable industrial pico second lasers and carry out their R&D work
        assist or provide technical expertise to other groups within the organization to use and install untra-fast lasers in application systems
        weekly report on R&D activities and project progress to the management

The successful candidate should have the following skills and attributes:
        hand-on in ultra-fast lasers, experience in high power solid-state pico second lasers is preferred
        good degree in relevant subjects, a master or PhD from a good university is preferred
        demonstrated leadership ability and management skill in project management
        3-5 years relevant working experience within industrial laser or laser system sector
        Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
        good team player and interpersonal/communications skill
