AWB, a workplace wellness solution provider is looking for a Sale and Business Development Manager in Shanghai

AWB China is a company that offers workplace health promotion programs to corporations who want to improve their productivity and performance through creating a healthier working environment and culture of wellbeing among their employees. The services we provide include health & environmental assessment & audit, workplace physical movement promotion, healthy eating essentials, stress management, common chronic disease prevention, emotional well-being, company wide wellness policy and standards, etc.
Main responsibilities:
Develop sales strategy and plan for direct sales
Establish contact with potential clients to propose AWB’s service
Meet clients and understand client’s needs and prepare sales proposal
Continuous follow up with clients to create new business opportunities
Support program content development by providing actual feeds from client contacts
Produce reports and study on clients’ needs and interest in a regular basis, to support AWB’s product development
Work closely with the CEO and product development team to ensure client’s needs and interest are taken into consideration.
Continuous research and study on international / domestic market trends to ensure the company’s products and strategy are on the right track
Support other sales and marketing team members on their activities.
Support the development of marketing/sales materials together with the CEO
Support project manager to follow through projects and ensure client’s satisfaction during the delivery phase
Position requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience
- Experience of leading a team of more than 3 people
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business, marketing or related domains
- Strong inter-personal skills and communication skill
- Willing to take challenge
- Very interested in health and wellness, and sensibility of environmental issues
- Comfortable working in multi culture environment
- Knowledge in healthcare is a plus
- Sensitivity to market trends and innovation
- Strong innovation ability, team working, and self-motivated
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Remark, AWB is a start-up company with less than 10 employees. You will work closely with the CEO and grow with the company.
