Position Summary职位概要

Set up and improve company quality management system, ensure effective and normal operation of the system and take charge of internal and external audit.

Main Accountabilities主要职责

l Improve QS documents改进质量管理体系文件

l Examine; urge every department for quality goal achievement督查、推动各部门质量目标的达成.

l Organize and execute internal QS audit and process audit组织并执行质量体系内审及过程审核

l Implement the corrective measures of the audit findings就各类不符合项执行纠正措施

l Actively participates in the MMS Global Network to continuously improve standards and procedures

积极参与集团质量管理体系网络一体化工作并持续改进相关标准及流程

l Provides general MMS trainings and communicates global MMS requirements to the local organization 就集团一体化的质量管理体系及相关要求，与本公司人员进行交流或提供相关培训

l Acts as internal MMS and quality management system lead auditor, leads gap assessment activities to applicable procedures and drives actions to comply with system requirements.

作为质量管理体系内部审核组长，对相关流程进行差距评估并开展改进措施达到（全球）体系水平

l Manage department’s QS documents of each level 管理部门质量体系各层次文件

l Involve the customer/third party/government audit and prepare the corrective action积极参与客户/第三方/政府审核并开展相关改进措施

l Involve the production basic audit and layer audit积极参与曼胡生产基本审核及分层审核

l Retrieve and execute relevant laws and legal regulations收集并执行相关的法律法规要求

l Get involved in some specific quality improvement activities积极参与一些特定质量案例的改进活动

l Get involved in annual management review related activities 积极参与年度管理评审活动

l Fulfill other tasks to be assigned by the supervisor部门领导授予的其他工作

Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas 主要业绩指标

The grading at customer 客户评级;

TS16949 certification / 2016 TUV certification TS16949证书/2016年TUV认证;

Fulfill ratio of production basic audit生产基础审核的执行率.

Internal & External Working Relationships 内外部工作关系

All functions of Production; Process; CI; Purchasing; Maintenance; Sales; HR; Financial; R&D

涉及生产，工艺，持续改进，采购，设备维护，销售，人事，财务，技术所有部门

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

Education/Major教育/专业:

Engineering University or above.工程类大专或以上

Experiences经历:

More than 3+ years experience in car enterprise quality system management and age under 40 years old.

40岁以下，汽车行业3年以上同岗位的工作经历。

Certificates资质:

· Assistant engineer or above助理工程师或以上.

· Internal auditor TS 16949 TS16949内审员证书.

Knowledge & Skills知识及技能:

· Be familiar with quality system requirement (TS16949、ISO9001、VDA6.1/6.3).

熟悉质量体系条款要求(TS16949、ISO9001、VDA6.1/6.3).

· Be familiar with car industrial 5 quality tools (APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA) and customer’s requirement(VW, GM etc.).

熟悉汽车行业5大工具(APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA)及相关客户要求（如大众，通用等）

· Satisfy customer’s special requirement.

确保客户特殊要求得到满足

Foreign language外语要求:

Ability of English reading and writing, oral communication.

较强的英语读写能力，一定的口语交流能力

Computer ability计算机能力:

Familiar with office software application.

熟悉基本办公室应用软件

Personal Quality个人素质:

· Stronger ability of leadership, judgments, decision-making, inter-personal, communication, influence, planning and execution较强的领导力，判断力，决策力，很好的沟通能力，交往能力及影响力、策划能力及执行力.
