n   负责建立会计核算体系，不断完善会计核算流程，确保会计核算的准确性 take charge of setting up financial accounting system, improve financial accounting process, ensure its accuracyn  负责建立相关会计管理制度 take charge of setting up related accounting management system

n   负责指导财务经理工作 take charge of guiding the finance managern  负责审核合并报表及审计报告，确保报表正确反映公司财务      状况 take charge of audit and consolidate statement and auditing report, ensure the statement reflect the financial situation correctly

n   完善公司财务风险管理流程，指导相关风险的规避，降低公司财务风险 improve the company’s financial risk management process, guide the avoidence of related risks, reduce financial risks.n   制定公司保险政策 formulate the company’s insurance policy

n   负责银行融资策略规划 take charge of planning bank financing strategyn   负责与银行关系沟通、协调 take charge of communicating and coordinating bank relationshipn   负责资金需求筹划，保证公司投资资金需求 tak charge of planning fund need, ensure cthe company’s investment capital needn   负责加强资金管理，降低资金成本 take charge of strengthening  fund management, reduce capital cost
