Report to: Engineering Manager
                                                                                                                       
职位描述：
Q-Project Manager for all topics related to the Quality on the line, Specialist Electronic/Control Unit (ECU)
        Q-Topic:
Stabilize the line in terms of Quality (Product / Process)
Bring the Q-Thinking inside the line
        Scrap Reduction :
Bring the scrap rate inside the targets
        Analysis :
Analysis of defect parts from the line
Analysis of defect parts from the customer

主要工作职责 ：
Q-Topics:
        Respect of the Q-Procedures on the line
        Analysis of defect parts in Final Inspection + Actions plan
        Rework Monitoring
        Sorting Monitoring
        Communication with Europe for special topics

Scrap Reduction, Q-Project Leader:
        Analysis the scrap (Process, Mechanics, Components) with the team
        Define the actions from product side, monitor the results
        Lessons-learned and reporting

Q-Thinking:
        Training of all workers to the Q-Thinking (we deliver only good parts)
        Support the team for expertise on trouble shooting
        Error proofing Monitoring
        Communication with Europe for special topics

Knowledge:
        Electronics / Control Unit (ECU) background
        Technical and Process Experience
        Product basics
        PPLS Methods : 5S/TPM, SMED
        Q-Tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA
        Analysis mind
