工作中如何能够更好的管理情绪

反复深呼吸,倒数10秒
情绪特别激动时,可以尝试着反复深呼吸,并倒数10个数。
比如面试、比赛时的紧张;和亲人、伴侣吵架时的焦躁;和他人沟通不畅时的愤怒,都可以用这种方式强迫自己冷静下来,避免影响当下的境况。
倒数10个数字后你会发现,想要爆发的欲望小了很多。
通常这个时候,你就可以开始理性思考,而不是完全被情绪所左右。
事情过去之后,你也许会感到庆幸,因为及时自我控制,避免了一场无法估量的损失

Repeated deep breathing, count down to 10 seconds

When you are particularly excited, you can try to take deep breaths repeatedly and count back 10.

For example, nervousness during interviews and competitions; Anxiety when quarreling with relatives and partners; Anger caused by poor communication with others can be forced to calm down in this way to avoid affecting the current situation.

运动半小时
与其沉浸在糟糕的情绪里无法自拔,不如去运动。
有研究发现,运动时,大脑中会分泌一种“内啡肽”,可以使人产生愉悦感,因此被科学家称为“快乐素”。
愤怒时可以打打拳击,压力大时可以做做伸展,抑郁悲观时可以去跑步,难过悲伤时可以去游泳。
但要注意,情绪不佳时的运动不能太过剧烈,以免让自己受伤。

Some studies have found that during exercise, the brain will secrete an "endorphin", which can make people feel happy. Therefore, scientists call it "happy hormone".

马上去卫生间
当你感觉情绪快要抑制不住时,马上去卫生间,打开水龙头洗洗手,照照镜子。
水流的声音有助于冷静下来,通过镜子也能让自己知道,控制不住情绪的样子有多难看。
人的表情是内心的反射,谁也不会希望自己的表情丑陋得让人无法直视。
冲着镜子做几个鼓励性的动作,也会帮你重新鼓足勇气,恢复理性。

Go to the bathroom immediately

When you feel that you are about to lose control of your emotions, go to the bathroom immediately, turn on the tap to wash your hands, and look in the mirror.

The sound of water helps to calm down. Through the mirror, you can also let yourself know how ugly it is to be unable to control your emotions.

A person's expression is a reflection of his heart. No one wants his expression to be so ugly that he can't look at it directly.

Doing a few encouraging actions towards the mirror will also help you regain your courage and reason.

做机械性工作
很多人烦躁、生气时都喜欢干家务,这的确是一个排解情绪的好方法。
机械性工作,比如做家务、抄书、练毛笔字等,都能让大脑满溢的负面情绪慢慢降温
一段时间后,情绪就能逐渐平复,回归正常。

不断反问自己
很多时候,情绪的出现是无理由的,经不起推敲和反问,所以,不防学着反问自己。
为什么会有这样的情绪?这件事问题出在哪里?可以怎么去解决?你觉得你最在意的点在哪里......
很多时候我们并不清楚自己内心真实的想法,反问自己能够让内心无从隐藏。
只有清楚地知道自己情绪的起源和因由,才能更快速地解决掉负面情绪。
Keep asking yourself

Most of the time, the emergence of emotions is unreasonable and can not stand scrutiny and questioning, so we have to learn to question ourselves.

Why is there such emotion? What's the problem with this? How can we solve it? What do you think you care most about

Most of the time, we don't know our true inner thoughts, and we can hide them by asking ourselves.

Only when we clearly know the origin and cause of our emotions can we solve the negative emotions more quickly.

学会分析与复盘
工作中,一个项目结束我们都会做分析和复盘,以避免下次发生同样的错误,其实在情绪管理上我们也可以这样做。
每次情绪发泄之后,无论结果是好是坏,都来做一次深入地分析和复盘,分析得越是透彻,对情绪的掌控力就越强,下次遇到同类型的情绪问题,就不会手足无措,出口伤人。
学习、工作要不断进步
情绪管理也需要一次次进步

才能管理好我们的人生
