生产工厂的库存管理

1、管理制度不健全、不完善


制造业存货种类繁多,收发频繁,必须要一个完善的库存管理制度来规范具体操作流程。


但现实中,有些企业无制度,库存管理全靠管理者经验,或者照搬大型成熟企业的制度,最后导致水土不服,无法达到库存管理目的。

1. Incomplete and imperfect management system






There are various types of inventory in the manufacturing industry, with frequent receipt and delivery.


It is necessary to establish a comprehensive inventory management system to standardize specific operating procedures.


However, in reality, some enterprises lack systems and rely solely on the experience of managers for inventory management, or copy the systems of large and mature enterprises, ultimately leading to dissatisfaction with the local conditions and inability to achieve inventory management objectives

2、信息传递不对等

很多传统企业还停留在手工记账的模式上,因此很容易造成信息传递错误,信息同步不及时。


库存可用量、未来需求量无法与真正数量挂钩,从而导致采购部门通过大致预算进行采购量,从而造成库存积压。若无法销售出去,则形成呆滞物料,造成了经济损失。

2. Unequal information transmission



Many traditional enterprises still rely on manual bookkeeping, which can easily lead to information transmission errors and delayed information synchronization.


The inventory availability and future demand cannot be linked to the actual quantity, which leads to the procurement department using a rough budget to make purchases, resulting in inventory backlog. If it cannot be sold, it will form stagnant materials and cause economic losses.

3、库存订货策略简单


对于企业的重要物料需要进行实时分析,当库存显示减少时就需要立即订货。


但是对于企业的次要物料,大部分企业没有建立完善的管控机制,导致次要物料的管理水平显著下降,企业也没有发现次要物料中可能存在影响企业生产的瓶颈。


由于对次要物料的管理重视性不足,影响了企业的交货周期,可能导致交货延迟,甚至使客户不再信任企业。

3. Simple inventory ordering strategy






Real time analysis is required for important materials in enterprises, and immediate orders are required when inventory shows a decrease.


However, for the secondary materials of enterprises, most of them have not established a sound control mechanism, resulting in a significant decrease in the management level of secondary materials.


Enterprises have also not found any bottlenecks that may affect production in secondary materials.


Due to insufficient emphasis on the management of secondary materials, the delivery cycle of the enterprise has been affected, which may lead to delivery delays and even lead to customers no longer trusting the enterprise.

4、缺少风险预警系统

企业缺少风险预警系统会造成企业的直接损失,


一方面,未设置库存过高、过低警告提示,未设置到货底线时间,销售订单量调整后未及时调整安全库存值和最低库存值,易导致库存不足、呆滞物料,库存过期。


另一方面,企业存在的潜在安全隐患,缺少风险识别和防范的预警系统,会导致物资被盗,火灾发生等。

4. Lack of risk warning system



The lack of a risk warning system in enterprises can lead to direct losses.


On the one hand, there is no warning prompt for high or low inventory, no bottom line time for arrival, and the safety and minimum inventory values are not adjusted in a timely manner after adjusting the sales order volume.


This can easily lead to insufficient inventory, sluggish materials, and inventory expiration.


On the other hand, the potential safety hazards that exist in enterprises, such as the lack of risk identification and prevention early warning systems, can lead to material theft, fires, etc.
