从实施层面而言，组织在对相关方及其需求进行确定、监视和评审时：

①应意识到各相关方及其要求可能是不断变化的，因此，需定期进行监视及评审。

②政府、投资方、股东、合作伙伴、竞争对手、员工，这些相关方各自的需求会对组织的战略层面、战术层面、操作层面产生不同的影响，或受到组织活动结果的影响，故需要分层次考虑不同的相关方及其需求。

At the implementation level, when determining, monitoring, and reviewing relevant parties and their needs, the organization:



① It should be recognized that various stakeholders and their requirements may be constantly changing, therefore regular monitoring and review are necessary.



② The needs of the government, investors, shareholders, partners, competitors, and employees will have different impacts on the strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of the organization, or be influenced by the results of organizational activities. Therefore, it is necessary to consider different stakeholders and their needs at different levels.
