8.4.3 提供外部供方的信息

组织应确保在于外部供方沟通之前所确定的要求是充分和适宜的。

组织应于外部供方沟通以下要求：

a) 需提供的产品、过程和服务；

b) 对以下内容的批准：

1）产品和服务

2）方法、过程和设备；

3）产品和服务的放行；

c) 能力，包括所要求的人员资格；

d) 外部供方与组织的互动；

e) 组织对外部供方绩效的控制和监视；

f) 组织或其顾客拟在外部供方现场实施的验证或确认活动。

8.4.3 Provide information on external suppliers



The organization should ensure that the requirements identified before communication with external suppliers are sufficient and appropriate.



The organization should communicate the following requirements with external suppliers:



a) Products, processes, and services to be provided;



b) Approval of:



1) Products and Services



2) Method, process, and equipment;



3) Release of products and services;



c) Ability, including required personnel qualifications;



d) Interaction between external suppliers and organizations;



e) Control and monitoring of external supplier performance by the organization;



f) The verification or confirmation activities that the organization or its customers intend to implement on site with external suppliers.

只有建立科学规范的外部供方评估、选定与业绩评价机制，才有可能规范且有效的管理好这些外部供方，使得他们持续提供满足甚至超越组织要求的产品与服务；

如果在选定过程中由于某些决策人的私利选定了质量管理水平很差的外部供方，且在发现其产品或服务不合格时还不虚心的及时整改，诸如自以为与“上头”关系硬，不把品管与生产人员放在眼里，就谈不上什么管理不管理了，一切都是白搭

If external suppliers with poor quality management levels are selected due to the personal interests of certain decision-makers during the selection process, and they do not humbly rectify their products or services in a timely manner when they are found to be unqualified, such as thinking that they have a hard relationship with the "top" and not paying attention to quality control and production personnel, there is no management or non management, and everything is just a waste of time
