管理评审的输出应包括与下列事项相关的决定和措施：

9.3.3 Management Review Output

The output of the management review should include decisions and measures related to the following matters:

a) Opportunities for improvement;

b) Changes required for the quality management system;

对于所有的管理评审输入，参与管理评审的所有人员（包括最高管理者、管代、各部门长，以及最高管理者指定的需要参与的其他人员，诸如内审员）应当逐一进行确认、询问、答疑、决定，决定包括对输入的肯定、再分析、后续适宜确定、修订与完善确定乃至针对新确定不符合事项的纠正措施，除肯定性的决定外，其他决定可能引发对质量管理体系的改进与持续改进，
