10.1 总则
组织应确定和选择改进机会,并采取必要措施,以满足顾客要求和增强顾客满意。
这应包括:
a)改进产品和服务,以满足要求并应对未来的需求和期望;
b)纠正、预防或减少不利影响;
c)改进质量管理体系的绩效和有效性。
注:改进的例子可包括纠正、纠正措施、持续改进、突破性变革、创新和重组

10.1 General



The organization should identify and select improvement opportunities and take necessary measures to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.



This should include:



a) Improve products and services to meet requirements and meet future needs and expectations;



b) Correct, prevent or reduce adverse effects;



c) Improve the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system.



Note: Examples of improvement can include correction, corrective measures, continuous improvement, breakthrough change, innovation, and restructuring

组织确定改进机会、计划于实际实施活动的目的是获得预期结果并增加顾客满意,

所有阶段、环节与过程的改进最终皆会促进产品与服务质量,从而持续满足顾客要求和期望、纠正和预防不期望的影响,


并改进质量管理体系的绩效和有效性

The purpose of identifying improvement opportunities and planning for actual implementation activities by the organization is to achieve expected results and increase customer satisfaction,



The improvement of all stages, links, and processes ultimately promotes the quality of products and services, thereby continuously meeting customer requirements and expectations, correcting and preventing unexpected impacts,



And improve the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system
