采用锐角理论，以“退”为进、分步实现目标，一方面是企业的实际情况决定的，更重要的是我缺乏强势的性格决定的，不一定适用于其他人。不过从以往的经验看，效果还算不错

每个人对管理都有自己的理解，大多数人都认同：管理就是“组织/计划、协调实施、监督检查、改善”。我对管理的理解是：让抽象的事具体化，让复杂的事简单化
