操作目的:让员工为公司操心;
操心机制关键:能拿的到。
分红操作守则:
1、分未来的钱,分过去浪费的钱;
2、越早分越好,能当天分,就不要等到一周再分;
3、按增长部分的利润部分进行分;
4、一定是全员都有份,但是按绩效不理来分

一、开会关键

1、开会的核心思想就是让员工有信心,有状态

2、提前通知会议主题

3、与会议主题有关的人员才可以参加


二、周例会

每周上班第一天早上:本周最重要的几件事是什么,目标是什么,策略是什么?

每周最后一个工作日下午开会总结会:这一周哪几点可以拿出来共享;老板只当好主持人就行,别轻易作总结。


三、年会

通过年会,让员工想要大干一场;员工是汽油,老板是火柴,老板就是用火柴点燃汽油,让员工充分引爆就是整个公司造好一个场,让每个员工充分激发动力,充分引爆。
