现场查证管理体系文件和管理体系标准的符合性、适宜性和可操作性；

判断受审核方管理体系运行的有效性，检查管理体系文件是否有效实施，验证实现组织的方针和目标的能力；

判断受审核方是否遵守了适用的法律法规、管理体系的各项控制程序，实施了对产品和服务质量的有效控制。

审核报告是对审核策划、审核过程和结果、审核结论的综合性记录文件，是向内审归口管理部门、最高管理者提交的审核活动的成果及工作报告。

On site verification of the compliance, suitability, and operability of management system documents and standards;

Determine the effectiveness of the management system operation of the audited party, check whether the management system documents are effectively implemented, and verify the ability to achieve the organization's policies and objectives;

Determine whether the audited party has complied with applicable laws, regulations, management system control procedures, and implemented effective control over product and service quality.

An audit report is a comprehensive record document of audit planning, audit process and results, and audit conclusions. It is the result and work report of audit activities submitted to the internal audit management department and top management.
