应加强平时沟通及考核结果的面谈反馈。

要达到最终的良好的考评沟通,必须在平时就不断进行沟通,沟通本身就是管理,而且是更高境界的管理,并保留沟通记录,以免出现分歧时无据可查。


能否及时而妥善地进行考核结果的反馈面谈,不仅关系到员工个人的改进,而且直接影响到整个考评工作的成效。


增强上下级之间的信任度,还可使员工了解自己的工作状况,指明员工努力的目标和方向,以激发员工的上进心和工作积极性,从而提高企业的整体绩效

Regular communication and face-to-face feedback on assessment results should be strengthened.

To achieve good evaluation communication in the end, it is necessary to constantly communicate in daily life. Communication itself is management, and it is a higher level of management. Communication records should be kept to avoid any disputes that may not be traceable.

The timely and proper feedback interview of assessment results not only affects the personal improvement of employees, but also directly affects the effectiveness of the entire evaluation work.

Enhancing the trust between superiors and subordinates can also enable employees to understand their work status, point out their goals and directions of effort, stimulate their motivation and work enthusiasm, and thus improve the overall performance of the enterprise
