绩效考核本身是一种绩效控制的手段,通过对员工工作业绩的评定与认可,从而激励员工工作,使员工体验到工作成就感,增强斗志;同时绩效考核也是惩戒的依据之一,有效地惩戒也是提高工作效率和工作质量的有效手段

绩效考核也是企业管理决策的重要参考。

通过考核结果可以发现员工的长处与不足,从而对企业培训工作提供方向。
