  • 质量评估:查看供应商的质量控制体系,包括是否有 ISO 等质量管理认证,抽检产品质量。
  • 价格评估:比较不同供应商的价格,同时要考虑价格的稳定性。但不能仅仅以低价为选择标准,要综合权衡质量和价格的关系
  • 供应能力评估:评估供应商的生产能力、库存水平和交付能力。对于需求波动较大的工厂,供应商的弹性生产能力尤为重要。
  • 信誉和财务状况评估:调查供应商的商业信誉,包括是否有按时交货的记录、是否有法律纠纷等。

Quality assessment: Check the supplier's quality control system, including whether there are ISO and other quality management certifications, and randomly inspect product quality.
Price evaluation: Compare prices from different suppliers while considering price stability. But we cannot only choose based on low prices, we need to balance the relationship between quality and price comprehensively
Supply capability assessment: Evaluate the production capacity, inventory level, and delivery capability of suppliers. For factories with significant demand fluctuations, the flexible production capacity of suppliers is particularly important.
Reputation and financial condition assessment: Investigate the supplier's business reputation, including whether there is a record of on-time delivery, whether there are legal disputes, etc

    • 按照一定的周期(如季度或年度)对供应商进行评估。绩效反馈和改进

    • 与供应商保持定期的沟通,包括业务沟通(如订单进度沟通)和关系沟通(如高层互访)。
    • 与供应商开展合作项目,如共同研发新产品、共同改进工艺流程等。
    • 识别和评估与供应商相关的风险,如供应中断风险、质量风险等

Evaluate suppliers according to a certain cycle (such as quarterly or annual). Performance feedback and improvement
Maintain regular communication with suppliers, including business communication (such as order progress communication) and relationship communication (such as high-level visits).
Carry out cooperative projects with suppliers, such as jointly developing new products, jointly improving process flows, etc.
Identify and evaluate risks related to suppliers, such as supply interruption risk, quality risk, etc
