• 负责 项目名的全程跟进，从需求调研、方案设计到落地实施，严格把控各个环节时间节点，确保项目在前顺利交付，达成项目预期效果。
  

• 协同其他部门参与 项目，重点攻克技术难题，提供专业支持，保障项目按计划推进，不出现延误情况.
  
• Project advancement
• Responsible for the full follow-up of the project name, from requirement research, scheme design to implementation, strictly controlling the time nodes of each link, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project and achieving the expected results.
• Collaborate with other departments to participate in the project, focus on tackling technical challenges, provide professional support, and ensure that the project progresses as planned without any delays

• 客户维护
  

• 定期回访重点客户，收集客户反馈意见，每月至少完成 深度沟通，及时解决客户提出的问题，提高客户满意度 。
  

• 根据客户需求优化产品或服务细节，增强客户粘性，促进二次合作
  
• Customer maintenance
• Regularly follow up with key customers, collect customer feedback, complete in-depth communication at least monthly, timely solve problems raised by customers, and improve customer satisfaction.
