Personnel operation: Observe the operational behavior of employees during the production process and confirm whether they strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) for operations. Check whether employees are wearing and using labor protection equipment correctly, such as safety helmets, safety shoes, protective gloves, goggles, etc., to ensure their personal safety.
Material management: Check whether the placement of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products is neat and orderly, whether there are clear markings and zoning, to prevent material confusion and misuse. Check if the storage conditions of the materials meet the requirements, such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc., to avoid moisture, deterioration, or damage to the materials.
Safety and Environment: Check whether the fire-fighting facilities in the workshop are complete and effective, such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, etc., to ensure timely response and extinguishing in case of a fire. Confirm if the safety exits are unobstructed, if the evacuation routes are clearly marked, and if emergency lighting and evacuation signs are functioning properly
