风险应对
(一)原材料供应风险
与供应商保持密切沟通,提前了解原材料供应情况,若出现供应紧张,及时寻找替代供应商。
建立一定的原材料安全库存,以应对可能的供应中断。
(二)设备故障风险
加强设备日常维护保养,按照维护计划定期进行检查和维修。
储备关键设备零部件,以便在设备出现故障时能够及时更换,缩短维修时间。
(三)人员短缺风险
提前进行人员招聘和培训,确保各生产线人员充足。
制定人员应急预案,当出现人员短缺时,能够及时从其他部门调配人员或安排加班。

(1) Risk of raw material supply
Maintain close communication with suppliers, understand the supply situation of raw materials in advance, and promptly seek alternative suppliers in case of supply shortages.
Establish a certain level of raw material safety stock to cope with possible supply disruptions.
(2) Equipment failure risk
Strengthen daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment, and conduct regular inspections and repairs according to the maintenance plan.
Reserve key equipment components so that they can be replaced in a timely manner in case of equipment failure and shorten maintenance time.
(3) Risk of personnel shortage
Advance personnel recruitment and training to ensure sufficient personnel for each production line.
Develop personnel emergency plans to promptly allocate personnel from other departments or arrange overtime when there is a shortage of personnel.
