Develop operating procedures:
Write a detailed inspection operation manual, specifying the operational requirements and technical parameters for each step.
Archive and preserve all relevant technical materials for easy access and traceability.
Record retention:
Detailed records should be kept for each inspection activity, including sample information, inspection date, instruments and equipment used, test results, etc.
The shelf life should comply with regulatory requirements, typically at least the product lifecycle plus several years.
