Position: Deputy Manager-Quality Location:江苏省常熟市 Responsibilities l Responsible for the development and maintenanceof the quality system policies and procedures. l Assist in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies. l Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain customer satisfaction and focus. l Manage projects which support overall strategic goals and continuousimprovement, and identify and implement closed-loop corrective action. l Facilitate between suppliers and interna customers as appropriate to resolve specific quality issues. l Conduct internal customer and supplier surveys to evaluate performance and to determine conformance to established standards. l Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services. l Review internal customer complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence. l Perform Potential Supplier Assessments. l Maintain required documentation and files. l Support the plans, material cost reduction goals and buyer business plans. l Building up effective and solid communication channels with suppliers' top management teams to ensure quality, on-time project execution and on-time delivery. l Establish quality database to store all quality information from raw material to finished goods and use quality control charts to identify the clear entire quality status map to top management. l Analyze quality problem and push relevant department to take corrective action. l Handle customer's feedback and complaint, and corrective actions implementation. l Guiding subordinates to check and control well-done materials in quality, subordinates’ training and development and work performance evaluation. l Comply with laws and regulations related ISO14001, save nature sources in the daily work, and continuous improvement. Create low consume working environment. l Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Plant Manager. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT l BS degree of engineering or related Kitchen technical discipline. l Above 8 years working experience related to QA, 5 years in management position l Strong experience and technical background in quality management. l Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including l Total Quality Management, and ISO9001. l Good knowledge of Woodworking or Furniture is preferable. l Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency. l Good communication skill. l Good team player and coacher. l Good computer skill, and sound presentation skills at all levels. Be able to read blue print. l Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin. Understanding and appreciation for the various functions and disciplines involved in quality management system. l Good organizational and analytical abilities l Patient and be able handle pressure situations l Travel is required. |
