Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责:
1. Establish, improve the recruiting process/procedure, develop and operate the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, candidates profile, selection, interview, evaluation, offering and referral process
2 Collect and analyze the information of related talent market to provide suggestions on company human resources strategy
3 Establish and manage the relationship with external search firms, advertising agencies; manage the recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency
4 Act as a coordinator between internal clients and external candidates regarding interview schedule, feedback collection, and communication with the candidates during the interviewing process
5 Partnering with the departments to ensure recruiting process is managed consistently and in line with business needs and to provide quality recruitment services and supports to meet business needs
6 Prepare monthly staffing reports, including hiring report, position forecast report, recruiting cost tracking, etc
7 Maintain and update personnel administration: onboarding process, exit interview, internal transferring opportunities and other transition process
8 Develop professional and efficient selection skills and train line managers to improve their target selection skills
9 Analyze the reason of employees’ separations, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestions for management team
10 Prepare company hiring branding plan to enhance company’s reputation and extend company influence in the target public;
11 Conduct talent needs analysis to prepare annual recruiting plans according to company business strategy plan.
Job qualifications/任职条件:
1 Education background教育背景: Bachelor degree or above in the human resources, business, economics, psychology, or related field
2 Work experience 相关工作经验: Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting focus experiences preferably with international recruiting consulting firm experience or multination manufacturing fields.
3 Capabilities/certificates/ training received 能力/证书/相关培训要求: Excellent knowledge and experience in modern and professional recruiting methods Excellent recruiting network
4. Management skill (leadership/influential, etc.)管理技能 ? Leadership skills Initiative, result-oriented, team player Creative thinking
5 Social skills (communication /teamwork /Attitude/etc.)/社交技能 :
Passion for the recruiting job;

6 Foreign language 外语要求 ? Fluent in spoken and written English

Can manage detailed hands-on recruiting process and data analysis without direct report
