Dear Ms. Fang,
On behalf of GEHC, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to you for your team support during my on-site audit for XXX.
Attached please find the audit report. Overall, XXX has passed our qualification audit with 4 non conformities (NCs) and 2 opportunities for improvement (OFI). Through the on-site audit, it is observed that Sanitary & Environment technic Institute, Soochow University has the following strength:
Employees were open, cooperative, and supportive during the audit.
However, it is also observed that XXX has the following weaknesses:
Documentation awareness
Calibration
It is requested that XX take proper actions to investigate the NCs and respond the auditor with root cause analysis, action plans for each NC, and estimated dates of completion within 30 days upon receipt of this report. For OFI, XXX shall also investigate and take appropriate actions immediately, especially those may affect your animal testing . You may not need to respond the OFI, however, we encourage you to implement immediate active actions for the OFIs.
Please note by its nature this audit is considered only a sample of XXX systems and is intended to be an overview to identify potential system deficiencies. It is, therefore, incumbent upon your organization to fully review all aspects of your quality management system to ensure overall compliance.
