Position: eMarketing Manager-International Social Media
Department: eMarketing Department
Report to: Director of Digital Marketing
Location: Shenzhen, China
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with knowledge and skills in international web presence and social media management. The candidate will be responsible for raising online awareness of the corporate brand, build its fan base and managing the contents on various platforms. This person will work closely with technical, business development and marketing colleagues as well as external websites/platforms, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience in digital marketing and online campaigns with strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
· Create, develop and manage contents for our corporate social media platforms as well as general corporate web presence;
· Coordinate digital marketing projects across departments;
· Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all international web content and materials;
· Copyedit and proofread;
· Work cooperatively with key team members and vendors;
· Be actively participating in a variety of international socialital media activities including: blogging, online community development and management, social networking and web/SNS monitoring;
· Perform research to understand latest trends of internet and social media marketing.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business, English or IT;
· Exposure to international web platforms, e.g. Social Media (incl. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and Blog/Community/Review/Info websites (incl. Wikipedia, TripAdvisor etc.) and general web tools (incl. Google Map etc.);
· Passionate about digital marketing and have good understanding web/social media/e-Commerce technologies and their related tools and applications;
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
· Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team;
· Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese);
· Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience; will also consider less experienced but capable candidates.
