特殊的叫法
1.在十位和个位为零的
1900年 nineteen hundred

2. 在百位和十位为零的
   2000年 two thousand  
   2003年 two thousand and three

B.邮箱的说法
例如： English-2001_08@126.com

           -  读"dash"
