7.5.1e和8.2.4的区别：
1、依据不同：
     7.5.1e 依据作业指导书、控制计划、工艺文件等；
     8.2.4依据产品接收准则。
2、执行者不同 ：
     7 .5.1e通常是指操作人员的自检；
     8.2.4由专职检验人员进行的检验。
3、对象不同 ：
     7.5.1e 对生产过程中产生各个工序、半成品、过程参数监视和测量
     8.2.4是对产品质量特性进行监视和测量，通常包括进货检验 ，过程检验  最终检验。
4、目的不同：
     7.5.1e 主要是确保过程符合要求；
     8.2.4主要是确保产品符合要求。
5、记录要求不同：
     7.5.1e 可以有记录、也可以没有记录，根据组织的策划而定；
     8.2.4必需要有记录。
