Job Responsibilities: 岗位描述

Basically, the main job is consists of two sections. i.e. Improvement and upgrading of technical R&D and manufacturing in the company so as to achieve the superior quality and significantly increase competitive capability globally; Deeply involvement of commercial and technical discussion with clients case by case so as to increase the company awareness and eventually expansion of the sales volume globally.
主要负责两个方面的工作。一是改进和提升现有技术研发和工艺制造水平，以一流的产品品质在市场上增加竞争能力；二是通过深入参与每个潜在项目的技术交流和谈判进一步提高公司的知名度并且逐步打开国际市场。

a. Internal task.内部工作
- Support of R&D improvement. 研发改进支持
- Process optimization 工艺流程优化
- Internal technical related training.内部技术培训（按照不同课题）
- New technology concept input 介绍新技术理念
- Guideline of technology development if possible.技术发展方向探讨
- Project management support 项目管理支持

b. External task 外部工作
- Involve technical clarification for each project. 参与每个项目的技术澄清
- Involve project assessment & verification 参与项目评估和论证
- Commercial & technical discussion with client case by case.参与国内外项目技术和商务谈判。

Remark: All above tasks should be performed based on consideration of following aspects.以上所有工作均针对如下方面展开：
1. Painting Process planning for Automotive(Priority) 汽车涂装线工艺规划
2. PT CED Line 涂装前处理电泳
3. Paint Spray Line 喷涂线
4. Electrical Automation Control电气自动化控制
5. Conveyor System(Priority) 输送系统
6. Utility Equipment 涂装线设备管理
Education and Experience required教育及工作经验要求

1. Over 15~20 years experience in automotive painting line is preferred. 有15到20年汽车涂装线工作经验
2. Need to come from auto manufacturer or painting system engineering company and/or automotive painting engineering research institute in Japan候选人来自汽车制造厂（丰田，本田，日产等）或汽车涂装系统工程公司（大气社，帕克 等），或相关涂装研究所。
3. Skilled oral and written English or Chinese.英语或中文流利（听，读，写）
4. Retirement person is priority. Staff on active duty can be also considered. 优先考虑退休职员，在职员工也可以考虑。
