9.1.3 分析与评价
组织应分析和评价通过监视和测量获得的适当的数据和信息。 应利用分析结果评价:
a)产品和服务的符合性;
b)顾客满意程度;
c)质量管理体系的绩效和有效性;
d)策划是否得到有效实施;
e)应对风险和机遇所采取的措施的有效性;
f)外部供方的绩效;
g)质量管理体系改进的需求。
注:数据分析方法可包括统计技术

9.1.3 Analysis and Evaluation



Organizations should analyze and evaluate appropriate data and information obtained through monitoring and measurement. The analysis results should be used to evaluate:

a) the conformity of products and services;



b) Customer satisfaction level;



c) The performance and effectiveness of the quality management system;



d) Whether the planning has been effectively implemented;



e) The effectiveness of measures taken to address risks and opportunities;



f) Performance of external suppliers;



g) The need for improvement of the quality management system.



Note: Data analysis methods may include statistical techniques

分析结果的评价是组织各职能与业务部门(包括内审小组)每周或每月、每季度应向最高管理者汇报的内容,当然相关数据信息与评价结果也包括在内。

The evaluation of analysis results is the content that each functional and business department (including the internal audit team) of the organization should report to the top management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including relevant data information and evaluation results
