a) the conformity of products and services;
b) Customer satisfaction level;
c) The performance and effectiveness of the quality management system;
d) Whether the planning has been effectively implemented;
e) The effectiveness of measures taken to address risks and opportunities;
f) Performance of external suppliers;
g) The need for improvement of the quality management system.

The evaluation of analysis results is the content that each functional and business department (including the internal audit team) of the organization should report to the top management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including relevant data information and evaluation results
