Looking for Regional Vice President(Latin America) for a China fortune 500 in FMCG

The incumbent is to required to take care of the operation, comprehensive planning calculations, customer service and training of the Latin Americas region according to the global business planning as well as Corporate overall strategy.
Educational Background
Major degree: bachelor degree or above, majored in business management, marketing or economics related;
Relevant work experience
Over 15 years of relevant working experience in large multinational companies with over 10 years in direct selling industry,over 8 years working experience in performance management, information management, customer service, operations management is preferred;
Daily chemical and health care products, brand management, new market formation (from scratch), product development, leading the team, crisis management, direct marketing annual large-scale event planning experience.
Competence
Management skills, be able to work under pressure, coordination and communication skills, be able to control, decision-making, innovation, presentation skills and execution;
Meticulous, rigorous with strategic proactive thinking;
Good judgment and decision-making skills; interpersonal, planning;
Ethusiam and ownership with sense of mission and teamwork, firm stance and professional ethics;
Good command of English;
Knowledge and skills
Expertise in the territory of international multiple level marketing, strategic planning, project management, talent management and so forth;
Experiences of coodinating international markets; Familiarizing home-and-abroad market of nutrious products, articles, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, daily supplies;
Sharp marketing insight, analytical, logical analysis, communicatiing, passion, creative, promoting and project execution, problem-solving skills;
Training planning and management, buildup education and training system; Competent to organize large-scale conferences
Training experience
Communication skills, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making process of training; Customer motivation, presentation, marketing, and management skills.
