Title : Senior Purchasing Engineer
Reports to: Purchasing Manager_ Manufacturing & Product Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
Products/manufacture sourcing and supplier management(for instance container, mechanical parts and conditioning system)
Sales support, Work with product engineering team to provide local supply goods cost(NVC)and prepare the RFQ.
Work with project team cut down cost during the project operation for local supply and secure on time delivery in quality.
Local supply forecast in capacity and price optimization management.
Contract negotiation to better control terms condition and total cost.
Cost review and reduction to maximize profit opportunity.
Purchasing activity execution, such as execute order process.
Support Purchasing manager to fulfill other tasks such as Supplier Rating, Supplier qualification.
Other Purchase job assigned from company per business needs.?
Qualification:
· Quality and price target oriented, be able to think strategically and operationally.
· Strong and tough negotiation in price and cost cutting!
· Minimum 5+ year in Purchasing and Sourcing related position.
· Experience in mechanical industry
· Preferable with Experience in an international company.
· Good English in reading, writing and can communicate in a English communication environment.
· A graduate degree with 5+ years working experience or bachelor degree with 8 +years working experience in business or mechanical engineering
· Self learning ability in rapid developing area
· Open mind with team spirit.
· Self-confidence and can work under stress/pressure
