Our Client is a global, leading business consulting firm specialized in the high potential pharmaceutical, healthcare and life-sciences sectors.
Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this Marketing Specialist/ Manager is to assist in the development of the marketing plans and ensure operational execution of marketing initiatives across the APAC region.
In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Assist in the development of key marketing plans and campaigns in the APAC region (mid-markets, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, etc.), including ensuring the operational execution of these plans.
2. Determining the right vehicles to increase awareness and promote offerings, services and solutions tailored to specific clients and/or markets.
3. Diligently track KPI’s and improve marketing effectiveness by analyzing and assessing current marketing activities and results
4. Create and promote relevant and insightful thought leadership content on the pharmaceutical industry for distribution to specific clients and/or markets
5. Continually developing innovative marketing plans for business units (on a country or offering level) that reach target audiences in effective, efficient and innovative ways.
Top Requirements:
1. 3- 5 years marketing experience, which should include experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, etc.), with a Bachelor degree in business, marketing or communication, preferred.
2. Excellent (fluent) communication skills in English including both written and spoken is a MUST. (Native English speaking is ESSENTIAL, while Mandarin capabilities preferred, but not mandatory.
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, and people relationship development skills. Experience in to assessing and providing solutions for improving marketing effectiveness.
Special Requirements:
1. Must have a strong self-starter mentality, and ability to “figure-things-out.” Flexible-minded, with the ability to work and drive things independently
2. Strong orientation and high-level of comfort level around building relationships across different cultures, styles and key stakeholders
3. Marketing experience in healthcare, life science or pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but can also come from other industries, including other B2B services, FMCG, etc. OR, a high level of interest in the healthcare industry, along with willingness to learn and develop in this fast growing field
