Responsibilities:
1. To work on yearly training plan for all biz units, to meet with senior leadership team to identify the internal training needs and to find out the solutions to fulfill the needs.
2. Responsible for training content design and delivery, budget control, and managing external vendors.
3. Partnership with business, HRBP, and senior manager’s team, and offering external resources to enlarge biz view, MI etc.
4. To design and lead talent development program, succession planning, and mobility program.
5. To promote and lead corporate OD projects, such as engagement survey, organization and human resource planning etc.

Requirements:

1. 5+yrs relevant experience in Training/talent management/organization development.
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably within business management background. Advanced degree is preferred.
3. Strong personal skills, communication skills, and both fluent in English and mandarin.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Service minded & solution oriented.
6. Good learning agility, facilitation and pedagogical skills.

工作职责：
1、 工厂人力资源工作支持；
2、 根据公司人力资源规划制定工厂人力资源年度工作计划；
3、 工厂员工关系机制建立、优化、实施；
4、 工厂DL员工招聘渠道建立、优化及管理，渠道招聘效率提升，招聘费用成本控制；
5、 工厂年度培训规划制定并实施，上岗证认证及管理；
6、 持续人力优化，制定计划有效提升工厂组织能力提升；
7、 与人力资源OPS部门配合，优化并完善DL薪酬、考核、晋升机制，并执行；
8、 其他工厂相关人力资源工作支持。

任职资格：
1、 本科以上学历
2、 5-8年制造业工厂人力资源管理从业经验
3、 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累，对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识，能够指导各个职能模块的工作；
4、 很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力，责任心、事业心强。
5、 具有解决复杂问题的能力； 很强的计划性和实施执行的能力； 影响力和创新能力
6、 为人正直，责任感强，有亲和力。
