Client introduction:
As the worldwide leading provider of excellent customer relation management, our client operates a growing number of face-to-face contact centers worldwide. They are famed for providing an exceptional standard of personal customer service with unrivalled levels of security, management control and transparency. Their operations include providing customer care, technical support and visa services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Taskforce management:
Oversee the recruitment process for all staff appointments
Work with recruitment agencies, HR staff and senior managers to ensure the organisation recruits the best candidates
Set up and ensure compliance with recruitment systems and procedures that follow best practices
Develop systems for encouraging staff retention and for identifying promotion opportunities appropriate to staff capabilities and organisational needs
Negotiate, process, and monitor full-time and temporary employment contracts and their termination
Develop and maintain salary structures, grading of positions and job descriptions
Performance Management:
Coordinate staff performance evaluations and assist staff in conducting them,
Develop and ensure compliance with appropriate performance management systems throughout the whole organisation
Personnel Grievances and Discipline:
Oversee processes for handling staff grievances and ensure lessons are learnt and passed on to all managers
Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws
Staff Development and Training:
Ensure that staff development policies are followed fairly and equitably across the organization
Identify training opportunities and notify staff appropriately. Provide staff training in legal and policy aspects of HR management as required
Staff welfare/support:
Ensure insurance, health and other details of staff are available when required for emergencies and other situations.
Work closely with senior management to prevent and resolve staffing issues.
Development of HR Systems, Policies and Procedures:
Maintain, update, and where necessary develop personnel guidelines, policies, and procedures, including maintenance of the global HR Handbook in line with wider organisational policies
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Management or related field
At least 3-5 year’s HR related experience and more than 1 year leadership experience
Excellent English skill, both oral and written; French skills would be viewed positively
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; and great communication skills
Have broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
Salary and benefits:
1. Basic Salary: 10-20,000 CNY/month (negotiable depending on experience)
