1. 主要职责RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

• 进行核磁共振波谱仪和相应附件的安装，包括超导磁体的安装，探头的安装，自动采样器的安装，应用软件的安装等；进行核磁共振波谱仪的客户接收实验；进行基本的客户培训；签署仪器接收报告等。Carryout NMR spectrometer installations and related accessories installations, including super conducting magnet installation as well as probe-heads, auto-samplers, soft wares etc. Run NMR acceptance experiments, basic customer operation training, sign acceptance report.
• 进行售后服务，为核磁共振波谱仪的用户提供售后服务的技术支持，包括硬件和软件问题的解决。Carry out after sales services. Give after sales service support to NMR customers, including fixing spectrometer hardware and software problems.
• 向售后服务经理进行报告并提供相关信息。Provide information and reports to service manager
• 安排的其他相关工作。To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested

2. 基本要求MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
• 必须有3-5年的仪器安装、维护和维修经验。3-5 years of experience of instrument installation and maintenance and repair is mandatory.
• 电子、物理或仪器分析专业本科以上学历。Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Physics or Instrument Analysis.
• 愿意经常出差。Willing to take frequent service trips
• 为客户进行培训和解决问题时要有耐心。Patience when helping customer in training and troubleshooting
• 团队合作能力和有效的沟通技能。Team working spirit and effective communication.
• 熟练使用电脑，熟悉Window系统及相关应用程序。Good command of computer skill. Familiar with the Windows operating system.
• 英语听、说、读、写熟练Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• 在北京办公。Based in Beijing, PRC
