Client introduction:
Our client is a rapidly growing Chinese PR group who after working with a number of major global brands, are now looking to cement progress and develop their own worth further.

Operating out of a post-modern work space in Beijing, the group offer their clients a range of PR related services including Core PR (such as branding, product launches, strategy etc), Event Communication/ Marketing and Corporate Image Services.


Responsibilities:
1.        Design the overall framework and the core concept of the whole project based on client requirements, deliver the creative proposal to the client on behalf of the company;
2.        Take charge of the overall quality control of the creative thinking/ ideas process, lead the creative team to carry out their work;
3.        Control the direction and balance the ideas of the creative team, manage and promote their output and execution, motivate and improve the whole company’s creative thinking;
4.        Coordinate between the Client Department and the Executive Department in evaluating the viability and the ultimate execution of the strategic creative plan; coordinate the relationships between the Creative Department and other departments;
5.        Manage the overall work of the Creative Department and focus on building up the working environment and corporate culture of teamwork;
6.        Build up the internal performance evaluation mechanism, offer employee training to subordinates;

Requirements:
1.        Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline;
2.        Native German speaker preferred, good command of English and fluent in Chinese;
3.        8 years of working experience in the Creative Department of the Advertising/ PR/Event company; 2 years of working experience in the same position/ title; large-scale corporation working experience is preferred;
4.        Have solid knowledge and experience in the Advertising/ PR/ Event fields, have a strong sense of judgment on professional problems, be able to solve professional problems in a proficient and effective way; capable of offering professional suggestions and strategic support to the clients;
5.        Good communication, interpersonal, client negotiation and analytical skills, team management, leadership etc.;
6.        Be able to discover and leverage the creative ideas, have ability to supervise and grasp the strategic project idea, direction and tonal accuracy
7.        Have strong interest in every fields of the creative industry, excellent marketing communication and promotion skills, market insight and passion of the industry;
8.        Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Premiere, InDesign, 3D MAX, Auto CAD etc.;
9.        Personal portfolio is required.


Salary and benefits:
1.        Basic Salary: 500,000~800,000 CNY/Year (though negotiable depending on experience);
2.        Other benefits are negotiable;
3.        Chinese national holidays;
4.        Working visa.
