- Planning, processes and guidance for operation
- Set up factory and develop processes with the company support team according to lean manufacturing and first-time right concept
- Expansion of site capabilities as required (incl. assembly of driveline, machining, etc.)
- Plan, organize and execute training for manufacturing people
- Implementation of Production System, incl. 5S and setting of operational standards (data operation sheet, quality/ work instructions, Cycle time calculation, etc.)
- Capability to manage the highly seasonal order program

Operational:运营
- Plan and Control the performance of manufacturing operations (KPIs)
- Manage resource planning, investment and budgeting
- Manage the tooling/facility together with plant manager/test engineer

Mechanical education background, bachelor degree above

Looking for Electronic Hardware Engineer电气硬件工程师 in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province

1.Responsible for new product design including new platform projects, advanced technology implementation, as well as cost reduction, transition projects and expansion of current products
2.Ensure the electronic hardware design meets customer requirements electrically, thermally and mechanically
3.Complete analysis of hardware design including simulations, DFMEA, reliability, tolerance study (part tolerance, temperature, aging, etc)
4.Support plant PFMEA with respect to electronics hardware
5.Develop and complete test plans to verify design meets requirements
6.Work with purchasing to select outside manufacturing house and procure materials, obtain cost and lead time as needed.

Education:
4-Year University degree in a related engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, etc).
Experience:
5-8 years minimum experience in electronic design and manufacture of motor drives or a similar product.

Professional Knowledge and Skills:
1. Must have experience with electronic design tools and be able to quickly learn/apply Altium Designer
2. Must be able to communication effectively with Sales, Marketing and Customers as needed to support development projects.
3. Excellent written English and basic oral English skills.
4. Power Electronics design experience is required. Hardware design of products with Power Factor Correction (PFC). Six Sigma experience. Software design experience.
