2014，决定一位质量经理生死的重大质量改善项目！

很高兴在2014.3.16日的苏州质量峰会中认识大家，我是周冠军。
发此贴的目的是想分享我目前正在主导的一个质量改善项目，此项目你也可以看做是一个6  sigma的项目（严格意义上已经超出了一个6 sigma项目），此项目对于我本人来说是决定我在目前公司的生死，我也借此机会与大家一起分享此项目的推进过程，无论此项目的成败，个人的成败，我想对大家来说都是一个借鉴的作用，也借此机会，希望在项目的推行过程中得到同行的指导和匡正，共同成长，毕竟我也想风风光光的成功的结束此项目。

我会每周及时更新此项目的进展，也尽量每天看大家的回帖和讨论

1. 本人背景介绍：
--EMS行业质量领域10以上工作经历，历任SQE, PQE, QA technical center supervisor, Assistant QA manager, Acting QSE manager, QSE manager.
--IPC specialist; 6 Sigma黑带
--教育背景：本科：西安电子科技大学；研究生：华东理工大学统招MBA

2.公司背景介绍：
北欧一家EMS，CEO,和Quality Director在公司总部，大陆GM目前是一大陆人（出身财务），我直接report给大陆GM,和Qualiity Director
生产模式是：小批量，多品种，平均一个客户的年出货量在5K。

3.项目背景介绍：
公司产品在客户端DPPM 2013年持续升高，截至2013年12月几经达到12000。GM给此项目的目标为4个月内降低到1500，如果降不到，我就可以走人！哈哈。

我又试验了一下，发的帖子里有图片，提示需要审查。不知道楼主能否解决此问题，否则太慢了。
