岗位职责：
1、负责呼叫中心、ERP、CRM软件设计和开发工作；
2、按要求参与需求分析文档、概要设计和详细设计文档的制作；
3、解决项目执行的技术难点；
4、负责系统设计、关键代码编写；
5、指导其他人员编写代码：如是否可以优化等。
6、项目执行过程中应用的新技术的提炼和整理。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、5年以上JAVA架构软件开发经验；
3、深入理解面向对象思想，能够完成大型项目的系统分析、架构设计；
4、精通Java语言、JSP/Servlet、Web Services编程开发，精通Struts、spring、AJAX、JDBC/mybatis等技术框架。
5、熟练使用Eclipse、Tomcat、JBoss、nginx的开发、环境部署和配置，jvm调优等；
6、有较强的业务理解能力、系统设计能力，能够带领团队协作开发；
7、具有很强的独立解决问题的能力和很高的开发效率。
