1.通知供应商对推杆铁丝做质量管控；
2.来料检验对推杆铁丝加严检查（进料检验文件抽样水平由S-4调整为 II 级，AQL由1.5调整为 0.65)；
3.工厂注塑前对推杆铁丝进行100%全检；
4.在对207021B推杆行程100%测试时做100%目视检查。

1. Notify the supplier to push rod wire do quality control;
2. Incoming inspection to push rod wire tightened inspection (incoming inspection file sampling level by S - 4 adjustment as the level II, AQL changed from 1.5 to 0.65);
3. The factory before injection to push rod wire for 100% full inspection;
4. On 207021 b rod stroke 100% test do 100% visual inspection.

1. After injection, iron wire without milling groove cannot afford a certain force, and it will fall off with the external force.
2. The push rod head came off.
1.Request the supplier to control the quality of the push rod iron wire.
2.Tighten the incoming inspection of push rod iron wire ( tighten the incoming inspection sampling plan from level S-4 to level II, and AQL from 1.5 to 0.65)
3.Perform 100% visual inspection for the push rod iron wire prior to the injection molding.
4.Perform 100% distance test for 207021B push rod, in the meantime perform 100% visual inspection.
